Gluten Free Granola!!!

So, I’m totally Obsessed with 2 things…
1 – peaches
2 – crunchy things…
I love crunchy food literally cannot eat food without texture or I really don’t enjoy it!!!
So, I decided to make some crunchy granola to go on top of things, especially breakfast/dessert.
So….

Gluten Free Granola
Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Gluten free oats
1/4 cup of Selection of nuts – I used sliced almonds and walnuts
1tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1tbsp Oil
Water

Method
Preheat the oven to 180’C
Basically mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then add the water until it’s all mixed and wet. It needs to be wet enough to all be mixed, but not so wet that it’s liquidy at the bottom of the bowl…

Place on a baking sheet, with some baking parchment…flatten it out so it’s evenly spread out, but keep it kinda grouped together.

Bake for about 15mins, then take it out and give it a mix and then pop it back in for another 10mins or so until it’s crisp and dry…
Eat straight away or place it an air right container and eat at your leisure!!!
